Menomonee Falls, WI — June 1, 2026 — Scan Pac Mfg., Inc, founded in 1973 by H.A. “Skip” Scandrett, and a leading provider of friction and phenolic materials, today announced the acquisition of Great Lakes Friction Products Inc., a leading supplier of friction materials and assemblies. The acquisition strengthens Scan Pac’s position in a vast range of industrial and commercial markets and expands its ability to deliver a full portfolio of friction-related products to customers worldwide.
